I was born in La Spezia on 28 March 1946. I'm married to Elisabetta, childless, with a cat (female).

I worked all my life as a Human Resources Consultant when I decided that my life goal changed and I had to do something about it.

In 1996 I gave up my job because I wanted to enjoy my hobbies, the first one being Genealogy (I have over 1600 names in my tree as far back as the fourtenth century).

I love Genealogy, Archeological research and Nature conservation too. I'm an active member of the Italian WWF and I "work" to protect my area "La Lunigiana" against the distruction of the natural environment.
