Payment is due when said mare is picked up. No mare shall leave the premises until all fees due Huriah Arabians are paid in full. The mare should have an ultrasound by a certified veterinarian of mare owners choice and at mare owners cost within 20 days after the last heat cycle. If mare is not in foal, mare owner shall furnish a satisfactory veterinary certificate to that effect, where upon the mare will be rebred during the next heat cycle. </div> <div> If the above mare fails to produce a live foal that can stand alone and nurse, the Stallion owner and/or manager will agree to rebreed the mare the following breeding season. A veterinary certificate must be provided within 15 days of the date the mare fails to produce a live foal. No refunds. Mare substitutions can be used with a veterinary certificate stating the mare has failed to produce a live foal. The rebreed guarantee does not include death from injury to the foal. <B>In addition, Booster Rhinopneumonitis (Rhino) vaccinations must be administered as indicated by the individual drug manufacturer as the mare progresses through her pregnancy. Failure to do this will void the live foal guarantee.</B> Huriah Arabians must be notified within one week of the foal's demise or, if the Mare has aborted. A statement must accompany this notice from a licensed veterinarian. </div> <div> Mare Owner further agrees that said mare shall be healthy, free from disease or infection  (that could be transmitted to the Stallion) and in sound breeding condition. All mares brought to the Stallion shall be required to have all shots and wormings up to date. Coggins Test if from out of State. The mare owner's presentation of the mare is his (her) representation that the mare is healthy and sound for breeding. If a mare is bred for more than two continuous cycles, and continues to come into heat, the mare owner shall have the mare cultured by a veterinarian to provide a satisfactory certificate that the mare is clean and sound for breeding. </div> <div> If in the event mare owner defaults in payment of any sums due the Stallion owner and/or manager, and such default continues for a period of 90 days, this agreement becomes a no guarantee of live foal agreement and no refund shall be due the mare owner for any reason. </div> <div> Should the mare die or become unfit for breeding for any reason after she has been covered by the Stallion, mare owner shall have a right to substitute a mare for rebreeding, provided by a veterinary certificate stating the above mare is deceased or unfit for breeding. No refunds will be given. </div> <div> Stallion Owner will issue a breeder certificate when notified of birth of live foal and all accounts incurred by Mare , mare owner shall have a right to substitute a mare for rebreeding, provided by a veterinary certificate saying the above mare is deceased or unfit for breeding.
