A</B><I><B> deposit of $50.00 </B></I></div> <div> <I><B>S</B></I><B>hipping container</B><B><U> must be insured and returned in good condition within 48 hours, whereupon .</U></B><B> </B></div> <div> <B><U>Entire payment of fee is due with a signed contract prior to the first shipment of semen, plus deposit, unless otherwise agreed upon via financing arrangements</U></B>. </div> <div> <B>The mare should have an ultrasound by a licensed veterinarian within a reasonable time (15 days or so) after the last heat cycle. if the mare is not in foal, mare owner shall furnish a satisfactory veterinary certificate to that effect, whereupon the mare will be re-bred during the next heat cycle. </B></div> <div> <B>If the above mare fails to produce a live foal that can stand alone and nurse, the Stallion owner and or manager will agree to rebreed the mare the following breeding season. The semen shipping fee is included in your stallion service fee, but additional shipments will be charged a fee of $150 for each additional shipments. No refunds will be given. Mare Owner has the right to substitute a mare provided by a veterinary certificate saying the above mare is deceased or unfit for breeding. The rebreed guarantee does not include death from injury to the foal. In addition, Booster Rhinopneumonitis (Rhino) vaccinations must be administered as indicated by the individual drug manufacturer as the mare progresses through her pregnancy. </B><B><U>Failure to do this will void the live foal guarantee</U></B><B>. Huriah Arabians must be notified within one week of the foal's demise or, if the Mare has aborted. A statement must accompany this notice from a licensed veterinarian.</B><FONT SIZE="5" COLOR="#777777" FACE="Occidental" ><B> </B></FONT></div> <div> <B>If above Stallion dies, or becomes unserviceable, breeding fee only will be refunded.</B><FONT SIZE="5" COLOR="#777777" FACE="Occidental" ><B> </B></FONT></div> <div> <B>Stallion Owner will issue a breeder certificate when notified of birth of live foal and all accounts incurred by Mare Owner are paid in full. </B></div> <div> <B>Orders for semen shipping shall be called in by 1:00 p.m. the evening prior to shipment, Central standard time, on shipping days. Semen requests will be filled in the order in which they are received and will be on a first come first serve basis.
