What are the different Fonts I can put on my free website?

First lets start with fonts... there are thousands available out there... although it can be a real pain if you have to manipulate the <FONT> for every time you want to type something. We reccommend useing Cascading Style Sheets, aka CSS. These files are designed to make it easy to define a page's appearance without affecting its HTML structure. *** There's no guarantee that all your users will have any of your choices, so pick wisely ***
HTML provides a solution to this by defining five generic fonts. Each browser maps these generic names to local fonts that approximate the desired style. For your browser, these fonts look like:
- serif
- sans-serif
- monospace
- cursive
- fantasy
