This is the web edition of the Peace and Justice Center of Southern Maine's Activist Update, a local reservoir of information about VFP-related calendar events, news briefs, and action alerts, both local and nationwide.

After talking to Jack & Fay, who issue the hard-copy version of this newsletter, I decided that for my little contribution to the cause, I (Michelle Souliere) am going to type in the text from the mailed newletter each month as I receive it. The scanned .jpgs are all under 300KB apiece, so they shouldn't cause any problems size-wise for anyone.
