'Allo 'Allo, vot iz going on 'ere zen. Mangled English, national stereotypes
and flamboyant costumes abounded in the popular UK TV comedy series based in a French
restaurant during World War 2. Occasionally we had the girls from ze Communist Resistence
toting machine guns and others from ze other French Resistence just toting pistols. Here
is the pretty German secretary of the series infiltrating the ranks of France's
streetwalkers to gain important information about 'ze Madonna wiv ze big boobies'.A gun in
the garter is her protection against ze punters.
You can always rely on an Andy Sidaris film to feature gun carrying babes. Here is a scene from 'Hard Hunted' where the gal in the sarong is not just sunbathing on the beach.
Now a few scenes from the Hong Kong movie industry. First are a few images from the opening title sequence of 'Deadly Dream Woman' and also a couple from the Chingmy Yau comedy action film 'City Hunter'. That woman gets everywhere (thank goodness).
The finale of 'Ms 45' had all hell breaking loose as the 'Angel of Vengeance' (Zoe Tamerlis) goes wild at a fancy dress party. Here she is preparing for her night out.
Regardless of whether it was politically correct the UK comedy show 'The Two Ronnies' was also very funny and provided some classic comedy sketches. One of these isn't 'Death Can Be Fatal' but who cares when you are treated to the sight of a female criminal mastermind with double barrelled pistols holstered onto her legs. Cyd Hayman is the fatal femme whose motto is 'you think I am not armed? My arms are my legs'. Some new vidcaps here and some re-rendered from the previous article.
'Epicenter' is a film which never quite made it to a formal review this edition. It's a Traci Lords film which should be enough to tell you it isn't very good (and after I was so kind to her for her performance in 'Third Wave'). Anyway.. it's a disaster movie (in more ways than one) on a minute scale and has Ms. Lords playing an undercover cop doing her job whilst an earthquake is in progress. Keeping in tone for this article Ms. Lords keeps her gun undercover as well as herself.
Since the original article is no more, here for the unfortunate few who missed it are a few miscellaneous images from the original page. There's also a few more new images I've picked up over the years including one from the Bollywood police thriller 'Miss 420' and one from the exploitation non-classic 'Avenging Angel' which somehow managed to spawn at least two sequels.
