This page is fairly unique on the web and I certainly hope to
keep it one of the best reference points for lovers of Femme Fatale entertainment. However
there are other sites out on the web which you may find of interest. Why not visit the
following sites and see what you think. I'm afraid I am a bit remiss in checking the
validity of the links so if any are now defunct, or you know of any which could be added,
let me know. For various reasons I don't tend to link the vaarious Yahoo groups
etc.
HEY A NEW LINK AT LAST. If you love the western genre (like me) then there is no better site for seeing the gunslinging cowgirl of yesteryear and today than K.J's. This site is a thorough exploration of the role of gunslinging gals in the Old West and has some great images from film, TV and art. Thoroughly recommended.
I have to thank an eagle eyed reader for recommending the following site. I can recommend this page for three reasons. One; it has some great quality scans and drawings, two; it has a marvelous reviews section of genre films and three; the author of the page shares my birthday.
The following link was sent to me by the author and is probably the ultimate web page for images of gun wielding women. The page is full of very good quality vidcaps from all kinds of Femme Fatale Cinema and TV and, like me, you will love it. If you do don't forget to let the author know you appreciate the time and effort put into the page.
Films made in Hong Kong are certainly one of the best sources for film fatale entertainment but the standard can vary tremendously. The following link has a great selection of HK films of all types and a section devoted entirely to HK femme fatale films. The films are reviewed and rated whiich will give you some idea whats good and what isn't.
The next site on the list is run by Jake. The page is now called 'Fatal Beauties' and the page has some very good quality scans. Like me he does his page as a hobby so updates can only be done as and when he gets the time, we've all got lives to lead! All we ask in return for our efforts are a few works of appreciation on occassion.
Other Great Page (UK films)
I like movies and TV full stop. Though this page covers the one genre I will watch anything providing the entertainment value is there. If you are an Anglophile, or like me a Brit who gets misty eyed for UK film and televsion the following sites are definitely for you.
The first site is an excellent page dedicated to UK film and is run by a very knowledgable American! I have spent a lot of time surfing my way through this page and its myriad links. FOR ANGLOPHILES AMONGST YOU THE SITE IS RUNNING A POLL FOR THE BEST OF BRITISH FILM. Surely some people will vote for 'Deadlier Than the Male', 'Some Girls Do' etc. - I know I will.
The following site is a tribute to UK sixties pop culture. I particularly liked the Cult TV section and the actors and acteesses page there is a biographical information on well known and not so well known TV and movie thespians.
