After a fun dinner, I took a few silly shots of Ashley.
The Johnsons invited us back to their house so we could watch Jonny Lang's new video for Missing Your Love. Haylie stars as Jonny's girlfriend in the video as well as in real life. The video was great, and we also got to see thier home video footage of one of Jonny's concerts. He rocks out really hard for a 16-year-old! Haylie recently learned how to play the guitar, so she played and sang a song she wrote called Little Girl. It was terrific!
Ashley can play a little bit of guitar too.
It was a very musical bunch, especially when we were joined by Claire (our waitress) who plays piano, and Jonny Mead who sings and plays guitar.
The Johnsons met Jonny Mead in England. They stayed at his castle while shooting Annie: A Royal Adventure. He now lives in L.A. and is pursuing a career in music. Haylie and Jonny performed a song they wrote the night before. Then Haylie sang and Jonny played a song he had written. They are both great musicians! Here they get a little silly, doing a 'commercial' for Tide...
We got to meet Buzz Lightyear, the Johnson's Cairn Terrier.
Then they posed for a few pictures.
It was 2am when we finally left, and we all had lots of fun!
