     This is my sixth Nine Inch Nails midi sequence, and my sixteenth MIDI
overall.  I sequenced "A Warm Place" using Cakewalk apprentice 1.0 for
Windows, with a Sound Blaster AWE-32.

     I've always liked this song off of The Downward Spiral.  The all-
instrumental aspect is really pretty, and without lyrics, the midi
conversion sounds pretty close(IMHO).  I think it came out good, although
I'm not too thrilled about how the Electric Guitar(clean) sounds.  I hope
