This portion of the site gives you, the visitor, a better inside look of it.

First of all, this site was dedicated, as you all know, to David Fumero. The reason this site was made because, well, I admire the actor. David has many talents and I look up to him as a role model for me not only as an aspiring college student in search for a career, but also as a Hispanic. I take great pride in my nationality and I love to see fellow minorities take a certain area of study by storm. In January, 2000, my friend Brian was telling me about the show and how the actor David Fumero would make an excellent character to play my role in his fan fiction. Since my friend knew I like to have hispanics portray me any type of fictional type stories, he thought David would be a great choice and ultimately, he was. Of course, it didn't end there. At the time, I was out of school for Christmas Break and dying of boredom and I decided to see who David really was on the show, and sure enough, David's character Cristian Vega was this strong, kind, and passionate young teenager. I sort of see myself a bit like Cristian minus the love life part of him, so I guess that's why after watching the show for a while, in May 2000 this site was born.

David Fumero Online is now celebrating its one year anniversary. This site was officially made public on May 25, 2000. It started out as a small project for my webpage design class as a senior in high school. My teacher thought it was really impressive and because of that type of praise, it made me take the site a bit further into making it a regular page I keep up with.

A part of me is a bit sad to see David Fumero leave One Life to Live, but I know that he will continue to move onto big and better projects. Like I mentioned on the main page, I'm finding it strange that I make websites for actors/actresses to have them leave soon after I've grown attached to them. Nonetheless, David Fumero is a very talented man who will find his way through this world's obstacles and I believe God will give him a better career in the future.

I want to thank all the regular visitors and the people who emailed me giving comments on the site. Hearing compliments and criticism helped me make this site better and thanks to all for the support you have given.

And to David Fumero, if by some chance, you ever visit this site and happen to be reading this, you're awesome. You're a great inspiration for me and I hope to achieve a sort of greatness you have. One more thing, you got to give me your work out plan, dude. I so want to get buffed like you so I can get some women. :)

Man, now this part of the site seems so worthless now that David decided to sign for three more years on One Life to LIve... Oh well, I'll leave this up anyway. I guess this pretty much defines why I think David is a great actor and person. :)
