Macross is a mech anime video which is about a ship which lands on Earth which then
become the awesome Macross Fortress. The Mech are look very cool looking and well
animated. The story of the first Macross anime was about a pilot who gets into the
military to fight the enemy Zentradi. His name is Rick Hunter or better known as
Hikaru Ichijo in Japan, a very good fighter pilot which takes command for his late
brother (Roy Focker) as lieutenant of the Skull team. Macross became a home for many
people who were exile from Earth because of they were believe to be dead after the
liftoff of the SDF (Macross). Lynn Minmei, a friend from Rick's childhood became
a famous star on the ship (famous for her singing,her movies and her beauty). Rick
is heavenly in love with Minmei until he get a feeling that she feel that they are
only friends. After his depression over Miinmei, Rick meet Lisa Hayes or Misa Hayase,
who is the commander of SDF1 (the person who tells tactics and orders to pilots to
follow). After a while they start to fall in love more and more. But Rick is not the
the only good pilot on SDF1 there is the one they call Max Sterling or Maxillian
Jenius, who show better skills than Rick. He later meets a female-Zentradi named
Miriya or Millia who he falls in love because of her looks and her skills as a pilot.
Well that is it for now if you want to know the whole story of Macross, I suggest
that you get all the Robotech episodes that are available.
