Introduction:
Meet Ranma Saotome, your average 16 year old Japanese boy Kempo
martial arts master. He always goes on these strange (and stupid) training
missions with his goofy father,Genma Saotome, who's almost as dumb
as Homer Simpson. Well, since they're both Japanese, its obvious that they
don't know a word of Chinese, right? Well, Ranma's idiotic father decides,
"Hey, lets go train at this Chinese training ground known as Jusenkyo"
Little do they know that there's this little curse associated with this
training ground. Now, if you fall into one of the many springs located at
Jusenkyo you get this curse bestowed upon you. And what do you think
happened? Well, if you had at least the intelligence of a mule, you'd know that
both Genma and Ranma fell into springs, thus both getting their own genuine curse.
Ranma's curse is great (if you are very, very sick in the head), cause whenever he
gets splashed with cold water, he becomes a she! That's right, folks...
Ranma becomes a girl, bra not included. And guess what happens to Genma? Well,
he becomes this big, fat, stupid looking panda. Remember, cold water turns them
into these forms...but hot water can change them back to their original forms.
And now you've got the Ranma 1/2 basic plotline...but don't fret, that's not all
there is to Ranma 1/2...
