So Weird (1999)

Belinda plays Irene Bell, a semi-regular, on this TV show about a rock n' roll mom travelling around the country with her daughter. (Sadly, Belinda doesn't have the part of the mom so we don't get to hear her sing. Belinda plays a friend of the mother). The daughter, Fi, encounters strange, paranormal things along the trip.

Mentors (1998)

Belinda is a regular in this children's show.

Fifteen-year-old Oliver Cates has invented Visicron, an amazing piece of software that transports any historical figure into the present day for 36 hours. When problems arise, Oliver and his close friend Delilah (Dee) Sampson, also 15, select a famous person from the past to help them solve the problem on their own initiative. The kids discover facts not found in textbooks about these remarkable people-figures such as Albert Einstein, Joan of Arc, Lewis Carroll, Napoleon Bonaparte and Oscar Wilde-bringing history to life in an entertaining format. Loads of fun results from the juxtaposition of historical figures with the modern world. Without moralizing, each story promotes positive values and independent thinking.

Then Belinda came back as a regular to play Kira's sister, Jody Powell, introduced in the episode "Only the Strong Survive," although she appeared several episodes aired earlier -- "The Ancient Lottery," The Inncoent," and "Retribution". Detective Powell was partnered with Peter because he continued to blame himself for Kira's death, while Jody had long since relinquished that concept. In "Quake," Jody admitted to feelings toward Peter, but later recanted them after the crisis is over.

Belinda also auditioned for the role of Tyler Smith (Peter's girlfriend from the pilot episode "Initiation"). Even though she didn't get the part, she sang a song in her audition that she sang in a later episode of KFTLC, "Shaolin Shot".
