Spend a night with the Bee Gees

What can I say about the concert of a lifetime that has not been said already by the thousands of fans that attended this unforgetable concert of a lifetime. | It was the most wonderful concert I have ever seen. Yes I have seen the brothers in concert a few times before, but this was one of their best, better even in my opinion then their Vegas concert in 1997. I was not able to a attend the Vegas show, so I am going by what the ONO video shows. This was MY Vegas, the night I had been waiting for since it was annouced at the AGMF in May of 1999 I spent months thinking of what to wear?, what do I do if I can't get home afterwards?,what do I wear? Well in time all things were taken care of:-) Thanks for all the people who invited me to stay with them, I felt so wanted:-) I ended up staying with Lynn Lyda, Sharon Wonsettler and Sherri Wilkenson. I felt like a teenager again.

Once in a Mellenium

The night had come and the excitment had mounted to the fullest. | We arrived at the arena at 7:00 PM and got in line with the already hundreds of fans that had arrived. The doors opened and our bags were checked for recording devices and professional cameras (althou, I know of at least one person who managed to smuggle in a pro-camera, but then some people don't care if they break rules or not) We went right to our seats to see how the view was. In the second row, there is no bad view:-) We then went to the merchantdise stand and got a load of T-shirts, key chains, mouse pads and jackets. We went back to our seats and greeted friends we had not seen since..the night before..LOL After awhile the opening act came on stage.. I won't comment on this guy FINALLY, the time had come the music that our ears were trained to know on the very first note had started and the crowd was on it's feet and that's where they stayed most of the night. We all danced and sang along all though the night to the worlds most wonderful music from the worlds greatest singer/songwriters. It is truly a night I won't soon forget. How often can you say you brought in a new millenium with your best friends and your favorite singers?

So some of us figured.."what the heck, lets try to get in" We went to the sercurity door we had gone to for rehearsal and said we were there for the party. The gaurd asked us to wait while he checked and after almost an hour we were told that the people with the proper predentails had already gone in and noone else was being admitted, we thanked the gaurd and went to our hotels to party! Later on we had heard about a fan who was also trying to get into the After party (before we did) and was told no. But she did not take No for an answer and DEMANDED that she be let in, she was escorted by sercurity to her car and off the venue property. I have to tell you I was not very surprised when I found out who this person was and it is a shame one person spoils it for others.
