| Mako-chan probably has the most number of guys linked to her one way or another, especially since she is constantly reminded of her ex-boyfriend. Joe Mako first saw Joe in the Crown Game Center playing the crane game. She thought he looked like her ex-boyfriend. Joe is known for being incredible at the crane game, winning loads of dolls every time. Mako followed Joe around and protected him from Zoisite. But Joe said the "big girl" wasn't his type. Mako also found out that he used telekinesis to cheat in the crane game... | |

Motoki Furuhata When Mako first met Motoki, she thought he sounded like her former love. Motoki already has a girlfriend, much to the disappointment of the girls. A very nice guy, he is Mamoru's good friend and schoolmate. Motoki works part time in the Crown Game Center. He thinks Usagi and her friends are pretty but says that they are all just like younger sisters.

Miisha Mako thinks Miisha's hair looks like her old boyfriend's. Miisha is a professional skater. He and his partner Janerin had been giving skating lessons at the ice rink when they met Usagi and friends. Noticing Mako's superior skating, Miisha decided to spend more time with her and give her special lessons. Miisha was possessed by Kunzite later on but was saved by the inner senshi.

Shinozaki (Pictured on the left with his mother) Mako's closest guy friend who is like a brother to her. He has always been there for her ever since they were little. He comforted her whenever she would get rejected by her boyfriends. Shinozaki is also ready to risk his life for Mako's sake, and Mako is willing to do the same for him.

Ail / Seiijurou Ail is an alien who disguised himself as the transfer student named Seiijurou in Usagi's school. He played the flute most enchantingly and a lot of girls admired him. Mako tried to win his affections through food but he was in love with his fellow alien Ann all along. Ail was attracted to Usagi as well. Mako, taught him that food can be used as an expression of love.

Haruka Ten'ou/Tenoh Being female, Haruka is the only exception to this list. Mako showed signs of being attracted to Haruka, but denied it to her friends. She told them that she merely admired and looked up to Haruka as sort of a role model because Haruka's so cool. Mako says she wants to be just like Haruka. For a time, Mako followed Haruka around and blushed whenever they'd get to talk.
