Ingredients:
1 carrot
1/2 tbsp. butter
2 tsp. brown sugar
1/4 tsp. salt
Procedure:
1. Pare off the surface of the carrot thinly. Cut the carrot so that
the pieces are about 3 cm thick circles. Cut across the center of each
circular piece so that each piece is divided into four pieces.
2. Saute the carrots with butter in a deep frying pan.
3. Add water until the carrots are covered, and then add brown sugar and salt.
Cook the carrots until they are tender.
