Cheesy Burgers

Ingredients:
300 grams ground beef
1/2 onion
1 cup flour
1 egg
some finely chopped green onions
2 tbsp. vegetable oil
1 tbsp. milk
3 slices of quick melting cheese
dash of salt
dash of pepper

Procedure:
1. Mince the onion into tiny bits. In a bowl, combine onions with ground beef, flour, egg, and milk. Add a bit of salt and pepper. Knead the ingredients together to combine them thoroughly.
2. Divide the mixture into six (6) equal portions and form into patties. Fry carefully in oil so the patties don't break apart.
3. Lightly coat the patties in oil while frying.
4. Turn the patties over so both sides cook evenly. Use medium heat to cook the patties until they are golden brown and turn the heat down to low. Remove from frying pan when you're sure they're cooked.
5. Place half a slice of quick melting cheese on each patty. Heat the patties in an oven toaster until the cheese melts a bit. Sprinkle some pepper to taste.
