The wallpapers on this page are something a little different... they're all based on screencaps. But what screencaps! They were done by German Xenite Daniel Unruh from PAL satellite and digital transmissions, and they are quite simply the best vidcaps I have ever seen. You can check out lots more in Daniel's own gallery. I was so impressed with them that I really wanted to use some of them as wallpapers, and Daniel was gracious enough to freely give his permission. So I've plundered his gallery for my favourite shots, and then done my own little bits of fiddling with them... resizing them, removing station logos, and tweaking gamma, contrast etc. I hope you find the results worthwhile. There are more wallpapers based on Daniel's caps on page 25, and I'm planning to put up a more soon.
