Jenny Calendar R.I.P. We will all miss her.
She was trying to restore Angel's soul after he lost it because a moment of true happiness with Buffy.
In the Episode "Passions" Angel ripped off her head and lay the segmented body in Giles's bed.
I think the feeling has been around that she isn't gone forever. She spoke to Gile after her death in
the episode "I only have eyes for you". 
Kendra R.I.P. She was a slayer and was summoned because Buffy died for a minute in the episode "Prophecy Girl". Kendra was killed by Drusilla in the episode "Becoming part 1".
Theresa Klusmeyer R.I.P. She was killed by Angelus in the episode "Phases". She became a vampire while
Buffy went to her wake. Buffy being the slayer and all staked her.
Coach Marin hopefully won't rest in peace. He tried to feed Buffy to some of his swimmers who he turned
into giant fish. Buffy was able to escape and Coach Marin fell down into the sewer pipe where Buffy had
fallen. The coach was ironically was eaten by the fish people he created.
Dave was killed in the episode "I robot, you Jane".
Enyos R.I.P. He was Jenny Calendar's uncle. Enyos was murdered by Angel in the episode "Innocence".
The Zookeeper was eaten by hyenas in the episode "The Pack".
