Jackie Ryan (Michael Biehn) has been betrayed and he is not pleased. In response, he sets the wheels in motion that will crush his enemy by pitting another enemy against them. Embroiled in the middle of this foul plan is Al's brother Rudy, who was involved in a mob hit. Al is a cop, and therefore is torn between loyalty to his little brother, his own morality and the Family.
