Diquan Mitchell is just trying to do the right thing by his girlfriend, but when she gets busted for selling drugs, cop Matthew McRae (Michael Biehn) tries to cut him a deal: his help in getting Latisha a lesser charhge in exchange for information on illegal weapons on the streets.
