Oliver Marceady (Henry "Romeo" Jones)
Oliver Macready joined the cast GUIDING LIGHT on July 24, 2001, in the role of Henry "Romeo" Jones. Romeo arrived in Springfield to help his childhood pal, Tony Santos, take over the Santos family business. As Tony struggles to make the right choices along the way, Romeo's ruthless approach to life influences Tony's judgment.
Raised in Santa Monica, CA, Macready received a Bachelor of Science degree in elementary education from Northern Arizona University. After a stint as a student teacher, he decided to pursue acting, as his parents and grandparents had before him. He went on to train at Howard Fine and studied acting further with Lesly Kahn. Since then, Macready has appeared in feature films such as A Light in the Forest and The Wedding Toast. His television credits include guest-starring roles on That '70s Show, Moesha and Showtime's Going to California.
An avid sports fan, Macready is also a former gymnast. He enjoys good food and travel as well. His birthdate is March 17.
