Story:
Don Bies is known for his skills on fixing moving parts. Thats why they hired him to control the actions of R2 D2. They also thought he might give a helping hand to fixing a pod, so they put him to work. You can see him working away on the right side of the screen. ILM and LucasFilm employees are seen throughout the film and I will show you were most of them are on this website.
