In the Jedi Council's first appearance in TPM.
Where:
When Mace Windu asks Qui Gon if he thinks Anakin "is the one who will bring balance to the Force," it shows Jedi Council members Eeth Koth (right) and Depa Billaba (left and middle).
Story:
It appears that Jedi Master Depa Billaba has the same hairstyle as Leia had on Cloud City in ESB. If you have a production shot or picture of Depa showing her hairstyle better, please contact me. Thanks to R.J. for the tip!
