When:
Just before Queen Amadala and her troops get captured by the Droidekas inside Theed Palace.
Where:
On the arc above the hallway in Theed Palace. It is VERY hard to see in the movie ? even on a big screen theater ? but it is there.
Story:
I was told about it from an ILM employee and it is easily seen in the digital version of TPM (which was screened at four theaters for a month back in June). It was put into the film by ILM honoring The Man himself.
