Poor, Poor Ratts Tyerell
When:
While Qui Gon and Watto are discussing the results of the pod race in Watto's private booth.
Where:
In between Watto and Qui Gon in the background. The subtitles in the screen capture block them partially.
Story:
As I have mentioned before, the "Ratts Tyerell" creatures are seen throughout TPM and are my favorite creature to look for. There are at least 30 of them in the film! (There is a whole sub-plot on these characters if you look close enough throughout the movie.) In this scene, the Ratts are seen walking down the hallway and it is clearly visible (and audible) that one of them is crying. Possibly because his hero Ratts Tyerell, was killed in the Boonta Eve Pod Race? I imagine so. Go here to read more.
