Flying Saucer From Early Sci-Fi Film

As the Federation is invading the city of Theed, an arial view of Theed Palace is shown. (seen in Trailer A as well)
Where:
The smaller domed-roof of the Palace of Theed.
Story:
It is rumored that George wanted to put in a reference to the old sci-fi films like Earth vs. the Flying Saucers (1956) and The Day the Earth Stood Still (1951). The end result was adding the flying saucer seen in both movies as the roof of the Palace.
