Trilogy Cameo - Part 3: Barada

Story:
I reported earlier that this might be a Teenage Muntant Ninja Turtle without it's shell (don't ask) but after inspecting page 125 of Star Wars: The Action Figure Archive by Steve Sansweet, I think that this is actually Barada, from ROTJ! According to the book, Baradas are from the planet Klaatuin. In the original ROTJ, a Barada can be found on Luke's skiff wearing a yellow shirt (above right). The ROTJ:SE adds another Barada to Jabba's palace band.
I believe that because they added a Barada to ROTJ:SE, then this must be a Barada in TPM. Both films were made around the same time.
