1972. Louvain, Belgium. Scriptwriter, producer and director graduate of the International Film and Television School of San Antonio de los Baños, Havana, Cuba, award-winning with the Rossellini  Prize of the Cannes Film Festival like the best  film school of the world.
His documentary I'm still a child (Soy un niño todavía), in which cuban children give their point of view about the current situation of their country, it has participated in more than fifty international film festivals, winning in many of them prizes and mentions.
Since 1991, Fabrizio Prada has directed around 16 short and medium films, independent in their majority, produced as much in cinema as in digital video.
At the moment he lives in Mexico, where he prepares, in an independent way, a motion picture titled X without Zero (Equis sin Zero) that will be played by puppets carried out by the argentinean puppeteer Carlos Converso and that it will be rotated in digital video to be enlarged later to 35 mm.
He's also developing a film project based on the mexican martyr Miguel Agustín Pro's life, Jesuit that was shot by the mexican government in 1927, time of the religious persecution in that country.
Also, he's working in around seven film scripts that are in different development stages.
Last year he shot in Bolivia a short film based on the tale A Night With Orgalia (La noche con Orgalia) by the bolivian writer Renato Prada Oropeza, his father.
