how to install an icq skin
1. Make sure you have icq plus downloaded, if not, the skins won't work
2. Open your icq menu and click the *icq* button that is in the lower left hand corner.
3. Then in the scroll bar click *plus*. This will now bring up your main icq dialogue box.
4. Once the box is opened click the import button, this will bring up the file where you have saved the icq download.
5. Click on the correct file and then click open.
6. Now click apply in the main dialogue box and your skin is imported into your icq.
To change skins just open the scrollbar and all the skins you have imported will now be available to change anytime you want
