Out of 4 kids, he is the only male, and is also the youngest. Christian became interested in acting at age 10 when he saw his sister Louise perform in a play in London. After taking a few acting lessons, Christian was a full-fledged actor! He appeared in several commercials and TV-movies in England, but Christian's talent wasn't brought to American attention until his portrayal of "Alexei" in the 1986 NBC mini-series "Anastasia: The mystery of Anna." Since then he has done a number of well-known films such as "Empire of the Sun", "Newsies", "Swing Kids", and "Little Women. Christian lives in Southern CA. and enjoys surfing, snowboarding, swimming, and riding his dirt bike. He LOVES animals! He has 3 cats (Miriam, Amy, and Lilly) and a dog (Mojo).
