Synopsis: After quite a bit of coniving and persuasion, the gang gets Screech appointed as hall monitor so that they can throw him a surprise belated birthday party in Mr. Belding's office. Things get complicated when Screech actually takes his job seriously.
Critique: Nasty Neil is the coolest. He's an ugly-lookin totally 80's guy, and he's darn fun to make jokes about. This episode would just not be as good, though, without Mr. Dewey. He's by far my favorite teacher at Bayside, and whenever he shows up, it's cool. If I could have changed anything about this episode, I wouldn't have. It was just about perfect the way they put it together.
