Awesome Links
Awww, leaving my page so fast? Ah well, I know it's not much. But if you do leave, at least check out some of these other pages!
If YOU want to link to MY page, feel free (though I would like to know if you do)! Above is a button that you can use.
(Please download the image yourself and then link it to my front page- http://www.fortunecity.com/lavender/godfather/378)
Foxshade studios is an Art site that Tavis, Kamiki, and I have been working hard on recently. Stop by and take a look - we're almost always open for commissions as well!
RL Friends' Pages and Funness
Most of my friends are into anime, so their pages reflect that.
PawsCat's Page Yet another friend who is really into anime (thanks to Minky and I *grin*.) She convinced me that I needed a webpage of my own and helped me find a site and showed me how to build one. She's a cool person- check out her site - it's really big and really nicely done. ^^x
Studio Tamago : Anya is an old friend of mine from years back. For a while we didn't have much contact and we both got into anime, and then met up again. We also share other similar interests like role playing. Anya is a GREAT artist!
Okita Soushi: Silent Struggle- This is Sam's (Okita from our cosplay group) small shrine to Okita Souji that she recently has started. She's got a reallly nice start! Take a look!
Kamiki's cel gallery - here's one of my best friend's pages- we're buds in cel collecting and here's where she has her gallery posted!
Kamiki.net - This is Kamiki's main page - hosting most of her interests - from critters to artwork, to character descriptions!
Not really a friend's page, but a place that myself and other friends sometimes visit: Gaia Online is a fun, addictive, place to hang out online, create a custom chibi avatar, etc - check it out ^^.
Nifty Kenshin Sites
Mibu no Ookami is a really awesome page, especially if you like Saitou or the Shinsengumi. It has all sorts of rescources and unique features. I think that this is definately one of THE best RK pages out there. (click the image to go there.)
The RK shrine is a really well designed page with a huge abundance of all the RK multimedia files you could want, information, regular polls, news, and is updated regularly! Just don't tax his server ^^. [DOWN]
Heart of Sword is really nicely laid out with interesting online articles and interesting RK things that are put up each month (hence "online magazine.") It has all sorts of things, so check it out! [DOWN]
Let it Burn is another really well designed webpage with nice features such as wallpapers, galleries, links, and even information on building webpages. BIIIG Thanks to EmpireDirt, who's helped me big with my banner and link images ^_^x
Tae's page is great! Her theme really works well and you can interact with some of the RK characters on her page. She's also an active fan fic writer and has her stories posted on her page. Also, she has some doujinshi scans of some K&K dj. Her page dosn't just have neat things, but it's fun to visit.
If you want translations to the Kenshin manga- this is the place to start. Not only has he compiled a huge list of links of all the people who have done translations of the manga by the issues they cover, but if there are any holes then he translates them. He updates fairly regularly and has a lot of nice rescources and extra things- like the translations of the free talks and the extra Jump stories.
P. Rico's Rurouni Kenshin Page P. Rico has a lot of really interesting things on her page, including but not limited to a nice fan fiction archive, cosplay pictures, nice fan art, and even a couple doujinshi! Visit the page- there's tons of content here to keep you entertained for quite a while. [ DOWN]
Every step you Take is a cute site with a lot of content: fanfics, a big image gallery, lotsa links, and more coming!
Other Kenshin Doujinshi Sites
I'd like to try to get a decent list of different sites that also have RK doujinshi on them, and over the past several months, I'm accumulating a decent list. Aside from the links below, some of the sites I've previously linked to also have RK doujinshi on their page: The Akabeko, P.Rico's Page and PawsCat's Page. They have some nice scans of Rurouni Kenshin doujinshi as well. In addition to those:
A LOT of the RK doujinshi pages I'm familiar with have died since I last put them up on the list. If you know of another RK doujinshi site, please Email Me ( baka_deshi@yahoo.com) and tell me the link so I can add it!
Meiji Kenkaku Romantan has a doujinshi page which focuses on one partucular author or circle at a time. Check back from time to time to see if she's changed the page- she has some really nice non-hentai and non-yaoi doujinshi :). [DOWN or relocated- can't find link]
Choke Choke's Rurouni Kenshin Doujinshi page C-ko's compiled a lot of images on her homepage from just a whole lot of Rurouni Kenshin doujinshi scans that have gone by on ebay. So, if you're wondering what you've missed a chance at, or wanna get an idea of some other doujinshi out there, take a look. [ DOWN]
Hanabatake/Doujinshi- There are only a couple of scans here, but what is there has some really nice artwork. Unfortunatly there's no information about where the scans came from.
Homecoming This site has a small, but very detailed and well organized doujinshi gallery focusing on Kenshin x Kaoru doujinshi. She has covers, descriptions, and quite a few internal scans from each of the doujinshi. [ DOWN]
Shura's Doujinshi Scans Shura has scanned some of the cooler and funniest pictures from 2 of the Battou Roimance anthologies. She's got a lot of scans from each with cute descriptions of the pics! [ DOWN]
The Sanotorium is a Kenshin doujinshi page dedicated to Sagara Sanosuke! Kagenami Q has an nice collection that she's accumulated and scanned. She has a lot of niice RK doujinshi of just about all genres- most of which focus on Sano (hence the name ;)
Aoshi and Misao Doujinshi Headquarters This is a RK doujinshi page totally dedicated to the couple of Aoshi and Misao! She's got a nice collection, and is working on getting translations of them. If you have one of the doujinshi that she's gotten translated, then you can use the translation to read along with it if you can't read Japanese. She's also got some other useful odds and ends on her page ^^.
Webrings, Titles, and other Nifties
The owner to this site is also the owner to Mibu no Ookami- so needless to say, it is very well-done. In a fun spin-off/parody of pokemon, here you can catch your very own bishonen, and possibly be the very first to catch one- and get recognition. For every bishonen you successfully catch by answering questions about them, you get an image that you can use wherever.
The Koibito archives is a place where you can lay claim to a certain someone and see what other (usually) anime characters have been officially claimed by whom. I am the official Hiko no Koibito ^_^x.
Since you're leaving, you might want to know when to come back- ie when I update. I'm not sure how well this thing works, but it's worth a try. But, it might not, so come back soon anyway ^_^x
