Gag Doujinshi Page 2
Unknown Circle- Restoration series. This series combines gag and serious short stories- with really pretty covers and inconsistent internal artwork. I've filed it under "gag" because the first one has a lot of gags (and the 3rd one has some) so it's not completely "Normal."
Restoration level 1- This short doujinshi contains a lot of nice concept artwork of various characters, a couple one page short gags, and then a more serious but funny story in the end with Hiko and Shinta. It has 26 pages.

Restoration, Level 3- unknown circle. This one has a couple stories in it- the first few are humerous, but I wouldn't call them outright gags, and the last one is serious. It's completely clean, except for the fact that there are 2 somewhat disturbing pics in the center of Hiko and Kenshin respectively in... uhm.. bondage (though my copy has been "fixed.") The first couple of stories are short and are such things like Yahiko playing a practical joke on Sano, and Hiko and Kenshin arguing. Then there are some random full-page pictures. Then's a short story with Aoshi and Misao. The longest story is the last and is about Hiko and young Kenshin. Kenshin's apparently gotten up in the middle of the night and outside standing in a downpour and Hiko comes to talk to him. It has 46 pages.
Garakuta Circle this circle has a pretty cute, fairly consistent artstyle. They consist of a couple gag stories in each doujinshi, and include a little bit of shounen-ai gags.
Unknown Title- this doujinshi has all the Kenshingumi in it including Megumi and cameos of Aoshi and some of the Oniwabansuu and Yutaro. In one story, Hanya takes off his mask to reveal not a horribly mutilated face but a bishounen! Another story includes antics with the Kenshingumi and Yutaro on a picnic. It has 38 pages.
Title Unknown . This doujinshi starts out with Kaoru apparently reading a Yaoi doujinshi between Kenshin and Aoshi and looking very determined (turned on?) Then it turns out that Kenshin was listening at the door and she just barely sweeps the doujinshi under the floor matt. She then goes to talk with Megumi (for advice?) and for some reason Soujiro walks by surprising Kaoru and Megumi (who both think he's quite cute) and then start arguing over him. Another story involves Misao and Kenshin trying to postulate just what kind of Buddhist Goddess Saitou's wife is. The last story has Kenshin taking care of Sano when he's sick. It has 30 pages.

Yoshi (Elegant Luck); This doujinshi is more serious, but is by the same circle as 2 other gag doujinshi, so it's filed here. This doujinshi mainly focueses on Yahiko, though it has a lot of other characters, too. It has a couple great pictures in the front that take up 2 pages, like a picture of a lot of the characters in modern clothes and an Aoshi paper doll. Yutaro makes an appearance in here. The worst thing in the doujinshi (which isn't even that bad) is (I think it's just Kaoru's imagination) a pic of Yahiko holding Yutaro in a significant way. Anyway, after sparring with Yutaro (and I think that it may be much longer after that- ie a flash forward to after Yutaro's left for Germany) Yahiko runs off to go think on a bridge. Kenshin finds him and talks to him to cheer him up. It has 30 pages.
Wind (something) Haraking Circle. This is a great gag doujinshi with good artwork (but the some of the stories and jokes are difficult to figure out from just looking.) One is a parody of when Koaru first meets Kenshin- he replies to her accusations with a slash of his own sword. One has Sano messing with Yahiko, and one has Jinnei carve a little Kenshin out of the rock that he demonstrates his strength on in the actual anime. Also, there is a decent amount of Aoshi and Oniwabanshuu cameos in the doujinshi.
Friendship by Kalakuri. This is a pretty short doujinshi with a few gag stories. The main one has Sano and Yahiko spying on Kenshin while he's asleep and making fun of hom- Kenshin is less than pleased when he wakes up ^^. It has 18 pages.
Title Unknown by Coiophon(?) This is a rather weird doujinshi with a really odd style that has the Kenshin characters in the modern day wearing weird clothes with lots of newsprint-like designs all over them. Then, suddenly, about halfway through the doujinshi, it turns into a Gundam Wing doujinshi *shrugs* ya got me! It has 32 pages.
Ukigumo by Nareruya- Kei Kaziki. This gag doujinshi has several short stories with a decent artstyle. One is an argument between Shinta and Hiko, and another one parodies the time when Kenshin, Soujiro and Saitou first really meet. The major one seems to center around some sort of argument between the Kenshingumi around dinner. It has 42 pages.
Title Unknown by You ri. This doujinshi has a cute artstyle and a lot of really cool looking full page pictures. Characters include Kenshin, Sano, Kaoru, Yahiko and small cameos by Megumi and Katsu. The stories include one where Sano and Yahiko are trying to do the laundry, and a couple more that are harder to follow. It has 32 pages.
Rurouni Kenshin Final Fantasy VII by Hana Button is a hilarious crossover doujinshi featuring the Kenshingumi as various FF7 characters (sometimes with multiple Kenshin characters competing for the same parts.) Sano is Barret, Kenshin is Cloud, both Megumi and Kaoru are competing for Tifa, then Soujiro and Kamatari are both Eris, and then some!... *Sweatdrops* The pics tell it all! This doujinshi has 42 pages.
Cosplay Woman by Unknown circle. Another great cosplay doujinshi! This one takes place during the Kensin OAVs. In it, Tomoe appears to be rather insane, in each page dressed up as another anime character. Through the doujinshi she drives Kenshin nuts with her costumes- in the end he cracks up and "accidentally" kills her. It has (only) 18 pages.
Unknown Title Unknown Circle. This doujinshi, while short, has a really nice, close-to-the-manga artstyle. There are 3 features: a parody of when the Kenshingumi first met Sano, One with Aoshi and the Oniwabanshuu and then one with Kenshin training with Hiko ^^. There are also a few niice single page shots of the characters. It has 18 pages.
My Neighbor Shishio-San by Merino Wool. The title of this Parodies "My neighbor Totoro", but the doujinshi if it is a parody is a loose one. LIttle Soujiro does find Shishio-san in the woods (like he did in the series in the barn) and takes care of him. When people come to kill shishio, Soujiro goes nuts and kills them ^^. The second story takes place after Soujiro begins his wanderings. It has 38 pages.
Title Unknown Circle Unknown. This doujinshi is cute, but funky. It has full-page shots and what I'm guessing are descriptions of each of the main Kenshingumi in between short gag stories. Gag stories include things like Sano's zamba sword acting like the helicopter-blade it looks like and lifting him off the ground when he spins it, and fun with drunken Sano and Katsu! It has 30 pages.
Title Unknown Circle Unknown. This doujinshi has an inconsistent artstyle. It's cute but nothing about it really stands out... except for the fact that I noticed while I was scanning that the last page had been ripped out... -.- *sighs* I bet it was a really pretty picture, too... *mutters* Ah well... at least it's not one of my favorites.... Anyway, it has things like Kaoru and Sano playing a prank on a sleeping Kenshin (braiding his hair.) Aoshi with some sort of magazine that he's happy over, and something about a photographer. It has 24 pages.... *mutters- it should have 26...*

Ten Kyu by In & Out. While the art in this doujinshi isn't remarkable, it's still really cute overall. The first story focuses on general antics of the Kenshingumi with Sagara-taichou's ghost thrown in. The second story is what is really hilarious. It's the Kenshingumi cast as Little Red Riding Hood characters. Kenshin as Riding hood, Misao as the woodsman, and of course Saitou as the Big Bad Wolf. It has 44 pages.
