(06/03/01) Once again, it's time for another news update! (Oh my, well isn't that original for once.;p)
".... A guy in Montreal who wrote Smash The State,
the discography of Canadian punk rock. He started asking me about different
things. But there really wasn't much in terms of the music scene. I can
remember when there were four punk rockers in this town. And I don't know
that you would call them punk rockers now. One of them was Callum Keith
Rennie, the actor. He was quite funny. He had his own bodyguard, a guy
who's a cop now, but he needed it! He would wear this blue blazer with
a package of strawberry koolaid pinned to his jacket, and he'd find glasses
on the street and drive with them. He
drove his car into my house once."" (Jerry Jerry

And finally, possibly some big news:
Edmonton Journal, Feb 17th, 2001 C1
L*O*C*A*L H*E*R*O*S

It stars Parker and Callum Keith Rennie who will be here along with Stopkewich."
(So, does it sound like Callum is coming??)
..."The festival will close on March 23 with The War Bride, and Albertan made dramatic feature directed by Lyndon Chubbuck and staring Brenda Fricker and Molly Parker. Chubbuck will be here and festival organizers are awaiting confirmation of Parker's possible attendence."

(06/03/01) Finally updating a little bit today. I think I'm just starting to realize people actually read this thing. It's quite scary. ;) I've updated the news, credits, and quotes pages and archived the old news. Hopefully I'll get around to updating the links and grossly outdated mailing list pages soon, ;) as well as the merch page. There should be a new page coming after the Local Hero's film fest, so keep an eye out for that; and maybe a new Headporn Tour 2000 page. Oh yeah, you can also still reach RWAC on our fortunecity address, but you can now also reach us at our new more shorter, and easier to remember redirect url: http://go.to/rebelwithoutacomb
