Noboyuki is Tenchi's father. In short, he is a pervert. He
spends his days trying to sneak a peek at any of the girls that are in love with
Tenchi. He even goes so far as to climb a rock wall at an inn by a hot spring.
He thinks it is his duty to try to peek at the girls. Truthfully, he is a pretty
cool guy to have as a father. I mean only an understanding man like Noboyuki
would let all these strangers live in his house.
He likes cameras and other video related electronics. But his true love is
architecture. He designed the house that he and Tenchi live in (and in my
opinion, he did a pretty damn good job). By the way, the skylight was Achika's
idea. Achika was Tenchi's mother. She died soon after Tenchi was born. Achika
was Noboyuki's greatest love of all. Just that he was able to get a girl like
her proves he had to be a cool guy, at least when he was in high school. That
was when they met and fell in love.
