Just a few minor tweaks done on the site to let you all know that I'm not dead. There will be a big fanart update within the next few weeks so if you have any new fanart or fanstrips, submit them now!

A fairly large update this time with lots of fan-produced material! An update to the Misao Fanart section with pics from Laine, Rae Dragon, and Taigomachi Katsura. An update to the Misao Fanmail section with a letter from someone named Joe. And an update to the Misao Fanstrips section with a comic from Chris. Pretty exciting. Soon I'll have a few pictures up of some Misao cosplayers at Otakon 2000. I was unable to attend this year, but I sent some of my Misao Minions out to hunt down Misao cosplayers. Hopefully there were a few there. I'll know soon!

Well, the updates as of late haven't been as frequent as in the past, but hey, at least I'm updating! Ever since Rurouni Kenshin ended back in September '99 there hasn't been a whole lot of excitement going on. Anyway, this time I received a comic strip from Maracle Makimachi, and it's very funny! I also got three new emails for the Misao fanmail section. I still intend to add a Misao fanfic section to the shrine sometime soon, so if anyone has a fanfic they'd like to submit, let me know.

It's been six months since my last update. I bet many of you thought that the Misao Shrine would never be updated again, huh? Sorry about that. Now after six
months I bet you're all expecting a HUGE update, right? Wrong. An update to the Misao Fanart Gallery and a few tweaks here and there, such as a new email address, fixing up the links section, and minor stuff like that. Although this isn't a huge update, expect some more updates more frequently than every six months! Also, if anyone's got any Misao fanfics they'd like to submit, go for it! I plan to add a Misao Fanfic section to the Misao Shrine pretty soon!

An update to the long delayed Misao Manga Gallery. I WOULD update this section more often, but the problem with the recent chapters of Rurouni Kenshin (book 25-26) is that Misao hasn't been shown a whole lot so there's nothing with Misao to scan! I also received a fanart from Makimachi misao and the winner of the Misao Shrine Anniversary Contest, Ace. So yeah, the fanart gallery has also been updated.

The Misao 1-year anniversary contest results are in! Thank you to everyone who submitted a strip! Their strips helped bring about the new Misao Fan Strip section to the shrine, hopefully people will continue making their Misao comic strips for the shrine!

I just posted my very own Misao comic Strip 6 which takes place ten years in the past from the current Rurouni Kenshin storyline. Misao's just a little girl in this one, I hope everyone likes it! And the Misao Anniversary contest results will be ready to go by Friday or Saturday, keep your eyes open, there will be tons of Misao comic strips by fans who submitted, plus the winner will get a Kenshin keychain set!

An update to the Misao Color Image Gallery with four new pics. Three of them are from the new Rurouni Kenshin art book, the last one from Kim Krotfis, a Misao fan! I've been recieving all the Misao comic strip entries and seven days remain until the deadline, which is May 20th. Hopefully I'll finish my OWN Misao comic strip #6 within the next few days, but don't worry, I'm not allowed to enter my own contest!

No new content this time, just an HTML update, I'm still waiting for some comic strips for the Misao Anniversary (I only got one so far). Thanks to the Rurouni Kenshin Webpage Reviews page, I decided to put the table that you see on the main page on every other page so now you can navigate much easier through the Misao Shrine. Did you know those guys were crazy enough to give me an award??? Check the Awards Page to see how pretty it is, it even says "Misao the Weasel Girl Shrine" on it! How cool is that?

Well, the shrine turns a year old on April 6th (tomorrow) but I couldn't wait to post up the new Anniversary contest where people could win a Kenshin keychain set. Okay, this update I was actually doing yesterday, but all of a sudden Fortunecity's server messed up and I was left with half an update that I never got to even post. Anyways, just a minor update to the fanart gallery with another pic by Michina and an update to the Misao Anime Con Pics (formerly known as Misao Live Action Pics).

I just posted the Misao Comic Strip #5, this is cause for celebration! It takes place around 10-15 years in the future of Rurouni Kenshin, so some wacky things are going on. It took me about another 7 hours or so to work on it so go and READ it!!

Well, you'd have to be a moron not to know what new things I've done to the Misao shrine this time. Open your eyes! The shrine has a brand new layout! Okay, so I'm not totally done redesigning the page... the table you see on the main page will probably be on every other page within the shrine... but I'll do that within the next few days. I also updated the "Links" section with some more noteworthy Kenshin pages. Yes, this is definitely a great Misao day!

Having just returned from Otakon '98, I did some major updates on the shrine. I added an entire new image gallery
for costumers dressed up as Misao from Otakon. I should be getting more emails from the people who took pictures of me and Misao via email very soon, so expect updates
to that section. I also finally updated the Misao Survey section with the four people who emailed me to participate in it. Ever since I posted the Survey, I got like 500 hits and only 4 people
wrote me to participate in the survey. What's wrong with you people, WRITE TO ME, I DON'T BITE!!! Also, excpect the Misao shrine to get a slightly new look very soon...

ARGH! I've had some problems updating my page since Fortunecity (the guys who host my page) seemed to be on "vacation" for a while.
