  on fitness and working out: "As far as workouts go, I usually workout 5-6 days a week. With my shooting schedule, I fit in a workout at any time of the day, wether it's 4am or 8pm! I lift weights 3-4 days a week and do 45-60 mins. of cardio 4-5 days a week. Cardio includes running on the treadmil for 30 min. and the stairmaster for 20 min., or I'll take a Spinning or kickboxing class! I used to study fitness and still do! It's a topic that really interests me!" on shooting the basketball scene: "An embarassing moment happened the day of the basketball scene. I had to make a basket and I just couldn't! As soon as they would stop filming, I could do it. As soon as they turned the camera on, I couldn't do it! Galen and the whole crew were laughing and I just laughed with them. About 30 takes later, I finally made a basket!" on playing sheridan: "I'm very lucky to be playing Sheridan because the character is so much like me when it comes to morals, values, and spiritual beliefs! I found out on a monday and had to leave for Paris that Sunday! It was a whirlwind!"
