Anakin Skywalker
The little boy with huge skills lives a slave life along with his mother Shmi on Mos Espa on Tattoine. They belong to the junk dealer Watto that won them in a bet from Gardulla the Hutt. His mother Shmi is his only family. He doesn't seem to even have a father. He receives excitement by competing in the Podraces arranged by the Hutts. He is the only human that has ever competed in the Podraces. And that's only because he has force potential. His mother is aware of it and when they encounter the Jedi Master Qui Gon Jinn events are really set in motion. He sees force potential in the boy and even believes he is the chosen one. Qui Gon and his friends are stranded on Tatooine because they need a new hyperdrive core. And only Watto has one of those. Anakin offers his help to Qui Gon and Padme Naberrie by competing in the Podrace but first his mother wont let him. But on second thoughts he is allowed to compete in the race. Qui Gon sets up two bets with Watto that if he wins he gets both the hyperdrive core and Anakin. Anakin works on his homebuild Podracer along with an homebuild protocol droid called C-3PO. When he is about to start in the Boonta Eve Race he unfortanely does a mistake so that he doesn't even move. He gets started though after a little delay. His greatest threat Sebulba lays of a cunning start and takes first place on the first two rounds. On the theird round Anakin and Sebulba lies right besides each other and battle for first place. In the end though Sebulba crashes his Podracer and Anakin wins the race. He is set free by Watto and is free to leave the planet. He has big trouble by leaving his mother behind but in the end he follows Qui Gon and Padme to Coruscant. He has fallen in love to Padme and dreams of marrying some day. He also dreams of being a Jedi and a starfigther pilot. On the way to Coruscant he also meets the Jedi Obi Wan Kenobi. On Coruscant he's brought before the Jedi Council because Qui Gon still believes he is the chosen one. But the Council and Jedi Master Yoda senses fear in the boy and forbid that he is to be trained. After that he takes to Naboo along with Qui Gon, Obi Wan and Queen Amidala. There they face the Gungans in order to destroy the federation army. Suddenly Padme reveals herself as the Queen and Anakin is shocked. Qui Gon and the others work out a plan to capture the Federation Viceroy. Anakin just follows. In Theed they battle their way into the hangar and the pilots fly out in the Naboo Starfigthers in order to destroy the Droid Control Ship. Anakin is told to hide so so he does. He hides inside a Starfighter. When he tries to start the laser cannons he accidently starts the auto pilot and flies into battle after helping his friends in the hangar. He uses his Jedi instincts to the outmost and manage to stay alive. When he tries to do a spin he flies into to the Droid Control Ships hangar. There his Jedi Insticts tells him to fire some proton torpedoes and the Force helps him to hit the Reactor Core so the ship is destroyed and the droid army dies. When he returns he receives the news that Qui Gon was killed by a Sith Lord in the Hangar. He also receives the news that Obi Wan will be his master and he will be a Jedi. We all eagerly await to see what happens to young Anakin Skywalker in the future.
