Tick Artist has 'Powers'

Word from NEC is that former Tick artist, Michael Avon Oeming, is drawing for the comic book, 'Powers' writen by Brian Michael Bendis. Oeming drew for Tick: Heroes of the Citry #4 and #5 as well as NEC's Comic Y2K.
