You can go to the Netscape home page and pick up the latest version of Netscape Navigator(right now, it's Communicator 4.05). You can also go here to visit a kind of non-frame version of this site(it's actually just the main frame. I didn't bother to make a real non-frame page,so I can't guarantee it'll be the same.Sorry), but I use a bit of Javascript and stuff, and there's a good chance you won't be able to view that with you're current browser. So go pick up the browser and come right back.
