Welcome to Heavenly Kate "The definitive guide to Kate Winslet." Well I apologize deeply for the updating problems, and for all of you that have asked to be the Kate Winslet fan of the Week. I have started college and I have had little time, plus a computer thats tweeking out. Although I have started a new format for the page, and I hope this will be much better. There are still flaws, because I am trying to catch up to a whole two months almost of not updating at all. I am planning on working on this a lot in this next month. So stay tuned!! UK gets ready for the Titanic video and launches it with style! October 19th has been marked with a ball aiming to recreate the elegance of the doomed liner. Read here ...James Cameron recently told Rolling Stone Magazine that Titanic will be released on laserdisc on October 13th, and then on DVD sometime after Christmas. His director's cut won't be out anytime soon ...What? Kate has no right in being naked in her films?! That's according to Laurie Notaro, who placed Kate in #6 in her Top Six People Who Have No Business Being Naked in Movies. Here's her reason: "Ever since we saw her topless in Titanic, my husband has referred to her as 'a good actress,' and insists on renting something with her in it every time we go to Video Update. I tried to combat this by lying on our couch wearing nothing but pearls and handing him a sketch pad and a dried-out ballpoint pen, but the only thing he said was, "You're right. It's better in the dark." A catchy title drawn out from a compliment! Check out the rest of the list, which has Kate's Holy Smoke co-star, Harvey Keitel, on top! Tidbits: The little actress MacKenzie Rosman from
the TV Show "Seventh Heaven" was on Rosie yesterday, and when asked who she
wanted to meet most, she said Kate Winslet. The cute girl (who also appears to have
very good taste:-) also said Kate is her favorite actress ...For HC fans, yesterday's
Mirror (UK) had an article on Anne Perry and a little pic of Kate along with it
...Absolutely wild! The Sun (UK) states that controversial Monica Lewinsky begged
Clinton to make love to her "just one time" after seeing Titanic. Monica was
dreaming of being like Rose, who enjoyed one night of steamy passion with Jack before
everyone aboard sank in the bottom of the Atlantic. Monica reportedly told a friend:
"I want to be like Kate's character and make love to him at least once.
