Riiya is one of Chacha's best friends and Shinne's biggest rival for Chacha's affection, although they get along pretty well. He's got a huge family. In both senses of the word. The adults in the family are giants and he's got more brothers than the old woman in the shoe has got children. He's the youngest and gets bullied all the time, so it's no wonder he likes to live with Chacha and Seravi, although he thinks that Seravi is crazy to play with a doll. He's also got huge appetite which often leaves Chacha and Seravi without lunch. Maybe that's the secret to his amazing strength.
Riiya can change into a little white wolf without the light of the moon. He usually uses this tactic to track down or attack people. But most of the time, he uses it to avoid Marin, the mermaid, who is completely in love with him.
