Never Aired Before Scenes
Originally I listed all the scenes but of course I lost the list.
Here is what I remember, they are not exact, but you get the idea.
All Images on this page belong to Quinn

There were two cast changes.

1) They replaced the original George. However they showed his scene. He was too nice.
Instead of standing in front of them, he and Madeline sat together on those weird chairs.
Instead of threatening them that he would destroy them figuratively and literally with a mean gaze,
This George said it like he wanted their permission. It was definitely good that he was replaced.

2) They replaced Steven's Killer. As Chris said, the original was more a New York Cab
Driver then a Terrorist. This guy came in bouncily with a smirk and died too slowly.
He looked more like an idiot then a killer. The replacement looked more evil.

From Beyond the Pale
Birkoff walks up to Walter with a disc from Michael's torture scene.
Walter: "I don't want to see this"
Birkoff "Just wait, look"
That evil guy leaves for the torture twins to torture Michael. Instead they
give him water and spray his face with a mist.
Walter and Birkoff look at each other with puzzled faces
Reason for edited: They felt it cut the suspense of the final showdown if
the audience knew that he was only pretending to be tortured.

From Walk On By
Aired Version: Nikita supports Jaime in the briefing room when Birkoff said he was wrong
Edited Version: Jaime and Nikita talking outside the debriefing room after she defended him.
Jaime thanks her for helping him.
Nikita SLAPS him
Nikita tells him that he doesn't understand, that now Madeline will make a
mental note that she defended him and that's bad for both of them.
Reason it was edited: I believe Chris said it was because the episode was too long

From Threshold of Pain
Nikita's Apartment: Nikita is having dinner with Mark and Angela,
who are cuddling and looking deeply in love.
Knock, Knock, It's Mick at the door. He comes in,
flirts with Angela and then Nikita basically tells him to leave.
Reason it was edited: time constraints. However, it was valuable.
The scene showed how much Mark loved Angela
and gave us a glimpse why Nikita would want to protect him.

From Three Eyed Turtle
Aired Version: Madeline is outside the White Room and tells Nikita
to make sure Greg is on the next Mission. Nikita says "What if I don't need him?"
Madeline says "Make sure you do"
Edited Version: Nikita walks into the White Room, there is a woman in the chair.
"I'm a (bad word). I will sleep with anyone.... you. Tell me how to get out of this
and we can go shopping"
Nikita unlocks her and says "okay" (It was funny)
Reason Edited: Again episode too long

From Under the Influence
Aired Version: Carlo is telling Madeline that he will never break.
Edited Version: Madeline exits and the Torture Twins enter.
Carlo just laughs, and laughs.
Reason Edited: ? It was very short and funny. I love the TT.

From Love and Country
Aired Version: Operations just viewed the tape of his wife saying that her
situation has nothing to Paul.
Edited Version. Operations has a dream sequence. She is in his office. He is
crying, and she comforts him. He says "I'm so sorry". She says "It's alright"
Then the dream is over and he's alone in his office.
Reason Edited: It didn't fit with the flow of the storyline.
I wish they would have kept it because now I don't hate him as much as I did for doing that to her.
