" Whale of a Tale "(The series' prime-time premiere special)
In this first television adventure, Ariel befriends a lost baby killer whale. But when "Spot" grows too big for the palace, King Triton orders Ariel, Sebastian and Flounder to teach the grown creature how to live in the wild.

" The Great Sebastian"
Sebastian's bragging lands him in hot water when the king appoints him Atlantica's ambassador to the vicious Sharkanians, who are planning to invade the kingdom.

" Stormy"
Ariel wants to try to ride the wild seahorse Stormy, despite warnings that the creature is uncontrollable.

" Urchin"
An orphaned boy named Urchin falls in with the wrong crowd - the comical gangster known as the Lobster Mobster and his spineless sidekick, Da Shrimp.

" Double Bubble"
When royal visitors, the Clambakersfields, need a babysitter for their twins, Ariel volunteers - only for the twins to escape into Atlantica at large.

" Message in a Bottle"
Ariel, Sebastian and Flounder meet Simon, a sea "monster" who's lonely because his huge size and horrific features terrify people. When Ariel invites Simon home with her, she finds out he's a great big clumsy oaf, which comes in handy when the kingdom faces attack.

" Charmed"
Once again defying her father, Ariel explores a sunken ship and tries out a pretty bracelet she finds. Unfortunately, she can't get the bracelet off, and is too scared to go home with it on her wrist, knowing her father will be furious she's been fooling around with "human" things again. " Marriage of Inconvenience"
A misunderstanding leads Urchin - and later Sebastian, Flounder and Ariel herself - to mistakenly believe that King Triton has prepared an "arranged marriage" for Ariel with a prince from a neighboring, warlike kingdom.

" The Evil Manta"
Ariel unknowingly frees The Evil Manta, a creature of pure evil who sets out to destroy Atlantica from within by fueling the fires of racial bigotry.

" Thingamajigger"
Ignorance, fear, superstition and rumormongoring turrn a sailor's lost boot into a fearful magic "weapon," sought after by the Evil Manta and the Lobster Mobster. This episode features a "cameo" by Ariel's future husband, Prince Eric.

" Red"
Triton is feeling his age until a magic spell - cast by an old enemy, a sorceress lurking behind-the-scenes - reverses Triton's aging and transforms him back into the rambunctious boy he was a child. He proves quite a handful for Ariel to keep up with.

" Beached"
The squabbling between Ariel and her sister Arista results in their father punishing them by confining them to the castle while everyone else attends the Carnival of Tides. Left "home alone," the girls wind up protecting the castle against two would-be alligator thieves.

" Trident True"
The search for the right Father's Day gift leads Ariel, Sebastian, Flounder and Urchin on an adventure that pits them against a giant octopus.

" Eel-lectric City"
Pearl, a wild-merchild girl whose parents won't discipline or restrain her, misleads innocent Ariel and her sister Alana into an dangerous girls' night out in a place where young girls just aren't safe - the big, sordid city of glittering lights, Eel-lectric City.
