Haldir
~ Craig Parker.
Haldir is an Elf of Lothlorien and leads the Fellowship to greet Galadriel and Celeborn. Most of his scenes were cut from the theatrical version of The Fellowship of the Ring, but are included in the extended DVD. In the film version, he originally does not wish for the group to enter Lothlorien due to the evil they bring with the Ring. Later on, he will join a counsel with Galadriel, Celeborn and Elrond to decide how or if the Elves will help directly with the battle against Sauron. Craig was born on November 12, 1970 in Suva, Fiji. Some of his film and television credits include No One Can Hear You and Stephen King's The Tommyknockers. He may be better known however for his appearances on Xena: Warrior Princess and Young Hercules. He has also lent his voice for episodes of Power Rangers Ninja Storm.
