Rules
This is where all the rules for the RPG will be located. If you need
to clarify something just email me.
Basic Rules
-You can't send me more than one training log in an email
-No harassing others members of bragging about your stats. There will consequence, you are warned! You can be a fused character if the character you want is not taken
-No cheating!
-No lying about your power level.
-Do not try to impersonate anyone in any way.
-You may not KILL anyone on your team
-If you want to make a team, you have to start it with at least two members other than yourself 3 members on the team total) each team consists of a minimum of 2 people but I must confirm the teams.
-If you fuse with someone during a fight, you have to stay fused for that full battle and you can't fuse with anyone for one whole day.
-You can give your teammates credits and items, only if you’re on the same planet/dimension.
-If you have any items that you don't want anymore, you can pawn them. You only get half the money that the item is worth at the Capsule Corps.
Battling
-If your speed is higher than your enemy's, you attack first, then the both of you take turns
-If your speed is 2x higher than your enemy's, then you can attack them without their consent to a fight.
-If you lose a battle you go to the Next Dimension
Terminology:
-Health: this is how much damage you can take before dying
-Ki Energy: this is how much energy you have to do ki attacks
-Defense: this is how much damage is taken off an attack if you try to block the attack. You can also dodge an attack, to avoid taking any damage
-Powerlevel: this is how powerful a person is. Certain techniques can get more damage the higher the powerlevel of the person is.
-Speed: this is very important. This determines how fast you are. If you are 2x faster than your oppenent you go two rounds in a row while they go only one round.
-Normal Attack: This is how much damage your normal attacks do
Attacking:
-Each character must tell the other their stats (speed, hp, defense, ki energy, powerlevel)
-If you want to know what the enemy's hp and ki energy is just type "hp/ki energy" and they will have to tell you
-To check how much HP you have left, just add all the damages from all the attacks your enemy did, and subtract that amount from your HP
-To check how much ki energy you have left just add how much energy all the ki attacks you did uses, and subtract that from how much ki energy you have
-Normal Attacks are any kind of kick or punch
-All beam attacks, such as a Kamehameha, must be charged for one round or turn
-Ki attack that does not need to be charged is the small ki beam or small fireball
-If you are attacked, with a normal attack, while charging a ki attack, the damage of the attack you were charging is cut in half.
-If attacked with a ki attack then the attack you were charging is gone and the damage of the attack you were hit with does it's full damage amount
I-f your health has been almost depleted and you want to regain all health, you can use a sensu bean if you have one
-After you battle, both the winner and the loser have to send a copy of the battle to me for the battle to count. This is called a Battle Log
Defending:
-You have a certain amount of defence which is deducted by taking a hit or using it to defend yourself
-Instead of wasteing all of your defence you can dodge and attack to avoid the hit entirely.
-If you are hit and you don't defend youself your health will decline till you die or before you die you can take a sensu bean to replenish your health
Sparring
-When ever you spar,both members have to send me a copy of the log
Stats
-When you battle your stats go up and you recieve training point in order to learn certain moves
--If you win a battle your stats goes up 5x your normal and your recieve 300 training points
--If you lose a battle your stats goes up 2x your normal and your recieve 200 training points
-When you spar your stats go up and you also receive training points
--No matter who wins or loses you stats goes up 2x your normal and recieve 150 training points
Super Sayin Forms
-There are 5 forms of Super Saiyin
-Super Saiyin 1: Power level must be over 5,000,000
--When at Super Saiyin 1, all of your stats go up 4x the normal amount, not power level
-Ultra Super Saiyin: Power level must be over 15,000,000
An Ultra Super Sayin, or USSJ, is a form between Super Saiyin 1 and Super Saiyin 2. They recieve a great amount of energy and strength due to and adrenelin rush. USSJ's have light yellow hair that is usually spikey. USSJ's also have a large muscular body, in theis RPG, your speed will be decreased by 50%, because in the episodes, their speed, and Goku finds out about it in the hyperbolic time chamber. This will be the disadvantage of all USSJs'
-When at Ultra Super Saiyin, all of your stats go up 8x the normal amount, not power level, speed also decreases 50% after increase of stats
-Super Saiyin 2: Power level must be over 35,000,000
--When at Super Saiyin 2, all of your stats go up 12x the normal amount, not power level
-Super Saiyin 3: Power level must be over 55,000,000
--When at Super Saiyin 3, all of your stats go up 16x the normal amount, not power level
-Super Saiyin 4: Power level must be over 80,000,000
--When at Super Saiyin 4, all of your stats go up 20x the normal amount, not power level
Ouzaru Forms
Ouzaru
-Must be a full blood Saiyin or half Saiyin, power level must be over 1,000,000
-When you turn Ouzaro from you stats go up 15x your normal strength
-You can only turn into Ouzaru form if I say the moon is up
-Your transformation is considered one turn
-Your enemy can't cut your tail off
-No one can destroy the moon
Golden Ouzaru
-Must be a full blood Saiyin or half Saiyin and Super Saiyin 4 in order to turn to Golden Ouzaru.
-Your stats go up 25x your normal stats
-This a spontaneous transformation and can be only determined by me
-If you are battling and are SSJ 4 and I type in "GOF" then you are able to transform in to Golden Ouzaro form.
-Your transformation is considered one turn
-No one can cut your tail off
Super Forms and Advantages for Other Races
-All other races have a super form like a Saiyin does
-All super forms are the same for the different races
-There are four super forms for all races
-Super "------" Form 1: Power level must be over 2,000,000
--In Super "------" Form 1 All stats goes up 2x the normal amount, not power level
-Super "------" Form 2: Power level must be over 12,000,000
--In Super "------" Form 2 All stats goes up 4x the normal amount, not power level
-Super "------" Form 3: Power level must be over 24,000,000
--In Super "------" Form 3 All stats goes up 6x the normal amount, not power level
-Super "------" Form 4: Power level must be over 36,000,000
--In Super "------" Form 4 All stats goes up 8x the normal amount, not power level
-It doesn't mean if your not a Saiyin that you can't be as strong as one
-If you keep training and train hard you can probably be as strong as a
Super Saiyin
Race Advatages
HUMAN: Humans can get an extra wish on the dragon balls by the eternal dragon depending on powerlevel.
SAIYIN: Saiyins can go SSJ 1-4, can change to Oozaru form, and get double normal PL when they lose, real fight or sparring.
CHANGELINGS: Changelings can transform and become more powerful
TRICLOPS: Triclops start with Solar Flare and the other 5 moves you want, and they are not affected by Solar Flare they can also sense the powers of people exactly(scouters are useless to them
NAMEKS: Nameks can fuse with other nameks easily and eventually can create Dragon Balls, aswell as regenerate lost limbs
ARLIANS: Arlians somewhat physically weak, however they are extremely agile. So they always seem to be wearing super light clothes, and get +5 to speed at the beginning of the game, but they start with -5 to strength
MAJINS: Majins Majins beings of pure evil, they love to reak carnage wherever they go. You have to be evil if you are this race. They are able to absorb others, which is explained further in majin moves. Their thirst for destruction is never ceased
TSUFURUJIN: Tsufurujins are however extremely intelligent. Because of this for a mear, extra 10% of the price of an item, it gets greatly improved. Then by paying an extra 50% of the items cost, they can improve it again. And by paying an extra 500% of the items cost, they can build their own items, and sell them on the black market(jk about the black market) However they get -10 to strength at the beginning of the game. Also their stats and pl go up half the reg amount
KANAASAN: Kanaasans have the ability to see the future. Thus giving them an extra 5% chance to dodge, and 10% chance to block
KAIOSHIN: Kaioshins can move in and out of the Next Dimension with ease, and teleport from planet to planet with ease. They train extremely well in the Next Dimension.
ALIENS: Aliens have genes that enable them to adapt to different gravities quicker. it takes Aliens 2 minutes to adapt to a gravity level. Aliens also gain bigger boost in their speed while training than other races.
Kaioken Chart
-Kaioken can only be taught by King Kai
-Note- You have to have the required power level to use each Kaioken attack or you'll destroy your self
-Kaioken 1- Minimum PL = 1,000 - powerlevel increase = 2x normal powerlevel
-Kaioken 2- Minimum PL = 2,000 - powerlevel increase = 3x normal powerlevel
-Kaioken 3- Minimum PL = 4,000 - powerlevel increase = 4x normal powerlevel
-Kaioken 4- Minimum PL = 8,000 - powerlevel increase = 5x normal powerlevel
-Kaioken 5- Minimum PL = 30,000 - powerlevel increase = 6x normal powerlevel
-Kaioken 6- Minimum PL = 60,000 - powerlevel increase = 7x normal powerlevel
-Kaioken 7- Minimum PL = 120,000 - powerlevel increase = 8x normal powerlevel
-Kaioken 8- Minimum PL = 250,000 - powerlevel increase = 9x normal powerlevel
-Kaioken 9- Minimum PL = 500,000 - powerlevel increase = 10x normal powerlevel
-Kaioken 10- Minimum PL = 1,000,000 - powerlevel increase = 11x normal

-Kaioken 11- Minimum PL = 2,000,000 - powerlevel increase = 12x normal powerlevel
-Kaioken 12- Minimum PL = 3,000,000 - powerlevel increase = 13x normal powerlevel
