Training
After you train, you need to send me a copy of your training log, telling me how long you trained. How long you trained is how long you typed the training log.
To train, all you have to do is something like this:

::finishes sit-ups:::: 11::12::13::14::15::
You can also fight a dummy, droid, punching bag, etc.
::makes a dummy::::dummy kicks::::i block the kick::
Here is how training helps you. You train at certain gravity levels, which raise your power level every 20 posts/actions you are typing in the training log. Every-time you move up a gravity level you gain 200 power level, 100 defense points, 150 speed points, 200 training points, and 500 dollars.

Normal Gravity = 20 pl gained every 20 posts/actions - 1,000 pl needed to move up a gravity level
10x normal gravity = 30 pl gained every 20 posts/actions - 10,000 pl needed to move up a gravity level
20x normal gravity = 50 pl gained every 20 posts/actions - 20,000 pl needed

30x normal gravity = 80 pl gained every 20 posts/actions - 60,000 pl needed to move up a gravity level
40x normal gravity = 120 pl gained every 20 posts/actions - 100,000 pl needed to move up a gravity level
50x normal gravity = 170 pl gained every 20 posts/actions - 200,000 pl needed to move up a gravity level
60x normal gravity = 230 pl gained every 20 posts/actions - 400,000 pl needed to move up a gravity level
70x normal gravity = 300 pl gained every20 posts/actions - 600,000 pl needed to move up a gravity level
80x normal gravity = 380 pl gained every20 posts/actions - 800,000 pl needed to move up a gravity level
90x normal gravity = 470 pl gained every 20 posts/actions - 1,000,000 pl needed to move up a gravity level
100x normal gravity = 570 pl gained every 20 posts/actions - 3,000,000 pl needed to move up a gravity level
