Brie with Sun Dried Tomato Pesto
1Wheel or Wedge of Brie, appropriate for the size of your gathering.
Cataldi's Sun Dried Tomato Pesto
Bring pesto to room temperature or heat for 8-10 seconds in microwave.
Slice the Brie through the center, like a layer cake. Remove the top layer.
Over the bottom layer, spread a ¼ inch layer of pesto. Replace top.
Allow the stuffed Brie to come fully to room temperature before serving.
Garnish with Fresh Basil or Parsley and Grape tomatoes.

We often serve 2 large wedges of cheese, one stuffed with our Sun Dried Tomato Pesto,
and the other with Classic Basil Pesto.
