We at The Church of Pingu, feel that Pingu is not only the star of phenomenally popular five-minute animated shorts, named after him.. he is also God himself! We have come to this conclusion after many hours of study various biblical documents. We currently are seeking members, to join our church, and give your soul to the true God of this earth. All praise the powerful and wonderful Pingu! Being a Pingist (Pinguist in Europe), means that you do not have to follow strong, out-dated rules, nor does it preach intolerance and/or Hatred. Being a Pingist, simply means that you are a partner within humanity. It does not matter your social class, your political views, or even how you generally live your life, all that matters is that you our true to yourself, and true to Pingu. The walk towards the pole, is a deadly trek, but with Pingu as your guide, all your hopes and dreams can be fullfilled. If you disagree with the way the world is going socially, economically, and even politically.. you may find the church of Pingu is your only refuge, your only escape from the Insanity of others. Drugs, medititation, herbal remedies, etc, are often seen by other religions as bad, but Pinguism, believe that these are all important parts of life, all parts of understanding who you are. If you find life using cannabis is so much sweetier, then by all means, use it. If herbal remedies make you feel better, then why would you not use it? Pinguism is not about religious controls, rather controls of yourself. to understand yourself, to be yourself.
